The H.E.L.P. Toolbox program supports parents and caregivers of children aged 0–6 by providing practical tools and skills to manage everyday stress. It is designed to increase awareness and promote positive attitudes and behaviours in key areas:
- Anger
- Self-Confidence
- Coping
- Stress Management
Each topic is covered in a 4-week sessions.
